18 U.S.C. §2257 statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on watchfap.com were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions. The original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for materials contained on watchfap.com are kept by the custodian of records of the primary producer / original hosting platform (the video provider and the content producers who uploaded there), not by WatchFap.

WatchFap (watchfap.com) is not the primary producer of the audiovisual content displayed. We embed third-party players and list metadata from the official webmaster export. We do not take possession of the underlying video files.
