1. Age restriction

watchfap.com is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and it must be legal for you to view sexually explicit material. If you are a minor, leave immediately.

2. What watchfap.com is

WatchFap (watchfap.com) is a browsing catalog. Videos play through the provider’s embed player. We do not host, store, transcode, or redistribute video files. Titles, thumbnails, tags, and embed tokens come from the provider’s public webmaster database export. The provider hosts the video files.

3. License to use the site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use watchfap.com for personal, lawful viewing. You may not scrape, crawl in an abusive way, copy our catalogs in bulk, bypass the age gate, attack the service, or use the site to distribute malware or illegal content.

4. User activity

Views and likes are anonymous counts stored on our servers. They are not a social network and do not create an account. Do not attempt to manipulate rankings.

5. Third-party content

Embedded players, ads (if any), and thumbnail images are served by third parties (the video provider and their CDNs). Their terms and privacy policies apply to that content. We are not the producer of the videos shown.

6. Disclaimer

watchfap.com is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, accuracy of titles/tags, or that a given embed will remain available. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of watchfap.com.

7. Termination

We may block access or take watchfap.com offline at any time, including to comply with law or takedown notices.
